Maco is the secretary of Fashion and Design Council of the Philippines (FDCP). Currently working as a project creative director for Design Center of the Philippines and doing product consultations at his province in Antique.

He is the creatives committee head of Fashion and Accessories Makers of the Philippines (FAMph).
